1. Definitions

"Client" refers to the individual or entity requesting services.

"Services" encompass all leather cleaning, repair, and restoration tasks provided by the Company.
2. Scope of Services
The Company offers mobile leather cleaning and repair services, including but not limited to:

Cleaning and conditioning of leather items.

Repairing tears, scratches, and other damages.
-
Color restoration and re-dyeing.
-
Protective treatments to extend leather longevity.
3. Bookings and Cancellations

Appointments can be scheduled via phone, email, or our website.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a fee of 50% of the quoted service price.

No-shows or cancellations upon arrival may be charged the full service fee.
4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made.

Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers.
5. Service Guarantee
We strive to provide high-quality services. If you are unsatisfied with the results, please notify us within 7 days of service completion. We will assess the issue and, if deemed appropriate, offer a re-service at no additional cost.
6. Liability

The Company is not liable for pre-existing conditions or damages not caused by our services.

Clients are responsible for informing us of any known issues or sensitivities related to their leather items.

While we take utmost care, we are not responsible for items left unattended during service.
7. Care Instructions Post-Service
After certain treatments, especially dyeing or sealing, we advise:

Avoiding contact with water or cleaning agents for at least 72 hours.

Not placing heavy objects on treated areas during this period.

Following any specific care instructions provided by our technicians.
8. Warranty
Our repair services come with a 30-day warranty covering workmanship-related faults. This warranty does not cover:

Damage due to misuse or neglect.

Natural wear and tear.

Issues arising from failure to follow post-service care instructions.
9. Privacy Policy
We collect personal information solely for the purpose of providing our services. This information is stored securely and is not shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
